Maple Syrup – Amber (Virgin Mady)


Amber syrup is considered the most versatile. It is popular with sweet teeth, as its flavour is rounder and more pronounced than golden syrup. It even has a slight caramel taste.

It is used in recipes that require a subtle taste of maple. We incorporate it into our dressings, use it to replace sugar in pastry or simply add it to our coffee in the morning!
