Allo Simonne was officially born in December 2017 in Montreal . The company is founded by Vincent Coja and Quentin Ryckaert who are originally from Belgium. The company is named in honour of Quentin’s grandmother, Simonne Allo. Their trademark lies in the quality of their products. Spreads are free of palm oil and still contain at least 50% hazelnuts.
