Pancake blend – Multigrains and crickets


Simply add an egg and a cup of milk of your choice (works equally well with cow’s milk as with vegetable milk).

These pancakes are not sweet. Add a little sugar and berries to make it a lunch. Or grated zucchini and strong cheddar for an ultra-fast healthy dinner!

In short, it is a beautiful protein base with which you can create the type of pancake you like!
