Composed of 40% maple sugar.
Myrique Baumier: Was once used by natives as insect repellent. Today, it is present in several recipes. It harmonizes the ingredients and offers a slight boreal taste in the mouth. Today, it is still hand-picked.
Peppers from the Dunes: It used to be used to soothe flu symptoms. The peppery and slightly spicy taste appears at the end of the mouth.
